Terms of Service

By creating a CalmBird account or using any CalmBird service, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use CalmBird.

CalmBird (“we”, “us”, “our”) reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after notice of changes constitutes acceptance.

CalmBird is a content-delivery service that monitors public X (Twitter) accounts you choose to follow and delivers selected posts to you via web, Telegram, or email on a schedule you control.

CalmBird is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to X Corp., Telegram, or any other third-party platform whose data or APIs we use.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use CalmBird.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are used for abuse, spam, or illegal activity.

CalmBird offers a Free tier and paid plans (Pro, Power) billed monthly or yearly via Stripe. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges. Prices are displayed in EUR and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@calmbird.app within 7 days of a charge.

Plan limits (tracked accounts, delivery frequency, email destinations) are enforced at the tier level. Downgrading removes excess accounts at the next billing cycle.

Public X posts delivered by CalmBird remain the property of their original authors. CalmBird does not claim ownership of third-party content.

You may not use CalmBird to harvest, scrape, redistribute, or archive X content at scale, or in any way that violates X’s Terms of Service.

You agree not to:

• Use CalmBird for illegal purposes or to violate any third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the CalmBird API
• Share account credentials or resell access to CalmBird
• Use CalmBird to send unsolicited email to third parties
• Circumvent plan limits through automated account creation

CalmBird is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, delivery of every post, or that third-party APIs (X, Telegram, SendGrid) will remain available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CalmBird’s total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Profile. We will delete your personal data within 30 days of account deletion, subject to legal retention requirements. See our Privacy Policy for details.
